Total Performance Racing has revolutionized the cam chain tensioner for the Polaris RZR engine platform, delivering the ability to adjust chain tightness while the engine is running!

The TPR tensionerkeeps proper tensionon the cam chain during cold starts or roll over and eliminates the risk of catastrophic engine failure. The chain tensioner keeps the chain taught at the proper tension, virtually eliminating jumping teeth on the gearswhich is known to happen with thefactory tensioners.

Easy to turn knob with easy to read laser indicators delivers precise tuning that also eliminates cam chain noise. All tensioners are precisely CNC machined in house in San Diego, California. The tensioner body and turning knob are made from 6061 billet aluminum. The shaft and foot internals are made from 17-4 stainless steel and feature ARP fasteners for secure clamping.
